Refund / Return Policy

Because return gifts are often personalized or in bulk, our refund and return policy must balance fairness and business viability.

  1. When Refunds Are Available
    We may grant refunds only in the following cases:

    • The item is delivered in a damaged or defective condition (not due to customer misuse).

    • The wrong product was shipped (i.e., you ordered Product A but received Product B).

  2. Conditions for Refund
    To be eligible for a full or partial refund:

    • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order (by email/WhatsApp) with description, photos, and (if possible) a short video of unboxing showing damage.

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

    • The product returned must exactly match what was delivered (not altered, customized, or changed).

    • Shipping costs (both forward and return) are non-refundable, unless the error/damage is our fault.

  3. Return Shipping

    • For eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damage).

    • Use a trackable courier service and retain proof of dispatch.

  4. Refund Processing

    • After we receive and inspect the returned product and verify the issue, we will initiate refund processing.

    • Refunds (less cancellation/deduction, if any) will be made by the same mode of payment used for the original purchase (bank transfer, credit card, etc.), within 7 to 14 working days from acceptance of return.

    • We will notify you when the refund is processed.

  5. Partial Refunds / Deductions

    • In cases where the returned item is not in perfect condition or minor issues are present, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund after deduction for damage.

    • If the order is a customized / made-to-order item, refunds are usually not available, except in extreme cases (e.g., damage).

    • Refunds will not include the original shipping fee unless the entire order is refunded (at our discretion).

  6. No Returns / Refunds for Certain Items

    • Items that are customized, monogrammed, or personalized are non-returnable / non-refundable, unless they are defective or wrong.

    • Once the product is dispatched and delivered without damage, returns for change of mind will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

    1. Order Cancellation Not Permitted / Cancellation Charge

      • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation is generally not permitted.

      • In exceptional situations, if you request cancellation before dispatch, we may accept it, but we will deduct a cancellation fee of 15% to 18% of the order value (to cover processing, procurement, and packing costs).

      • If a cancellation request comes after dispatch, cancellation will not be entertained.

    2. How to Request Cancellation

      • To inquire about cancellation, you must contact us immediately by WhatsApp / phone 8838309075

      • If cancellation is accepted (pre-dispatch), the refund (less cancellation fee) will be processed as per the Refund Policy below.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

    1. When Replacement / Exchange Is Possible

      • Replacement may be offered if the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

      • Exchanges (i.e., swapping for a different but equivalent product) may be considered at our discretion, if stock allows.

    2. Procedure for Replacement / Exchange

      • You must inform us within 2 days of delivery, along with photos/videos and details.

      • Return the original item (in unused condition, original packaging) via courier (at your cost, unless it’s our fault).

      • Once we receive and verify the item, we dispatch the replacement or process the exchange.

      • For exchanges where the requested replacement costs more, you may need to pay the difference; if the replacement costs less, we may refund the difference (minus shipping, if any).

    3. Timeframe & Limitations

      • Replacements or exchanges will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after receiving of the returned item (subject to stock availability).

      • We reserve the right to decline replacement if the product is beyond repair or out of stock; in such cases, a refund (as per policy) will be issued.
